The house is bulkheaded with stairs accessing the sound; beginning and intermediate riders will enjoy the flat sandy shallow bottom while more experienced enthusiasts can access the deep-water harbor channel just south of the property. A large flat lawn area for set up and lockable storage when the day is done are also preferred features.
SOUND MIND & BODY is also a great house for families with quiet neighborhood streets for bike riding, grasslands to the north and a two-person open kayak for exploring. One minute to both major grocery stores on the island, Canadian Hole, and Club Hatteras (tennis courts and pool.)
