The house has a great view of the sound. Two outdoor showers made it easy to come home from the beach and clean up without having to go into the house. There were 8 adults and 3 small children and we had plenty of room. I would rent this house again!!

I would give 5 stars if electronics were updated. This home has a stunning view of the sound. It was very clean and in good condition. What few issues we had were directly addressed by the homeowner who lived nearby as well as Hatteras Realty. He gave us his personal phone# to call him directly. He was courteous and prompt to take care of any concerns; very friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure if anything wasn't right, it would be taken care of quickly. His sincerety was greatly appreciated.

This house has some of the best sunset views we have seen. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and located near shopping without being in a high traffic area.
