Located across from the National Park Service line with upper deck ocean and sound view, PARK PLACE is only 3 lots from the ocean with easy pedestrian and vehicle access to the beach. Ground level has a carport, lighted fish cleaning table, and 2 entrances. The 1st living level of this meticulously maintained home has a large living/dining area with cathedral ceiling and lots of juniper trim. A super entertainment center with stock of video tapes and CDs will entertain you. The kitchen is equipped to handle casual fish fry dinners on the large open porch with sturdy deck furniture or formal interior dining. A good-sized bedroom with bath will handle the master’s chores. The rear laundry/mud room with outside entry will allow easy access for the beachgoers. Upstairs are 2 well-appointed bedrooms with semi-private bath and south sun deck access to one bedroom.
