Hatteras Realty is great to work with. I liked that the house was very well stocked, better than the past 3 houses that i have rented. simply having some laundry baskets was great. I love the easy beach access and the easy drive to the lighthouse beach. I liked this house better than all 3 houses i rented in the past which were bigger with pools and hottubs.

We quickly felt at home in Park Place, with lots of sunshine pouring through the sky lights and big sliding doors. The house was very accommodating and comfortable. It's a great location just across the street from the beach. We celebrated our daughter's first birthday, and will always have fond memories. We just left and already miss it.

A very cute vacation cottage. Perfect for a couple or two. The kitchen is well stocked. Nicely decorated. Very nice yard with enough foliage for some privacy. All in all, highly recommended.
