A nice, comfortable house, with plenty of space.

The house was clean and well maintained. Has a large, well equiped kitchen with lots of counter space and is open into a large dining area and TV room. From the top level kitchen/living area is an open deck and a screened in deck overlooking the canal and out over the bay - great view for evening sunsets. The street also has canals to both sides that you can see from the top level windows so you look out to water from most windows. Has a good backyard area with canal access, so would recommend renting a kayak (they dropped off and picked up directly to the house) and there is plenty of secure storage and two large parking bays under the house. We didn't walk to the beach, it was kind of far with young children, but rather drove to the Avon pier that has ample parking and decent restroom facilities - less than five minute ride.
