If you’re looking for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation look no further than 4,000 square foot SERENDIPITY. Come inside to a theater room with reclining seats, 42” wide screen TV and DVD/VHS/CD library. Downstairs is a game room with a 12' shuffleboard table, foosball table, PlayStation 2 and wet bar. Surf the net or read a book in the loft. Great room has cathedral ceilings, entertainment system with surround sound, gas fireplace, tiled kitchen with breakfast bar and attached dining room. Lakefront pool, hot tub, wet Tiki bar, private dock, full size sand volleyball court plus basketball goal by the driveway. SERENDIPITY has 5 masters (K/K/K/K/Q), 3 of which access decks overlooking the pool and lake. Decks have ample seating, outdoor speakers and safety gates on each level. The master on the 3rd floor has a 2P Jacuzzi. A 1/2 bath is accessible from the great room/dining area as well as the theater room. For your convenience, the laundry room has 2 washer/dryer units, the kitchen has 2 dishwashers and there’s an elevator to take you to all floors.
