You are going to love the SHELLCASTLE vacation complete with great views and only 100' to the ocean access boardwalk. The ground level has concrete drive, 2 carports, shower, fish cleaning station, lockable storage and private pool with hot tub on the pool deck. A SHELLCASTLE vacationer is pampered. The tiled entry provides access to 3 bedrooms, each with TV, 2 baths and a full size laundry room. One bath can be locked to provide a master suite. Upstairs SHELLCASTLE turns on the southern charm. The master bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi, TV/VCR, phone and a private deck. The warm juniper lined great room is nearly 2 stories high. The well furnished living area has extra 1/2 bath, built in entertainment center and a wet bar with fridge. The kitchen can feed guests at the breakfast bar, formal dining area, or southside screened porch with picnic table. Above it all rests SHELLCASTLE’S pride and joy — the tower room. The tower is Avon’s best lookout and provides postcard views of ocean and sound.
