We are pleased to offer complete access to KSR Beach Club for our guests. This exclusive club has many wonderful amenities including adult and kiddie oceanfront pools, a bathhouse, covered pavilion, a snack bar and observation deck which overlooks the ocean on one side and the pools on the other (great for Mom and Dad to keep an eye on the kids), and a raised walkway to the beach. In addition, KSR Beach Club offers the convenience of private oceanfront parking right there at the pool for those who want ocean beach access.
Under the MILKY WAY tonight... The classic 80's riff will echo in your head as you pull up to this retreat in Kinnakeet Woods, within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and ACE hardware. Enjoy the fitness trail that winds throughout the neighborhood. There’s a carport beneath the house, where you’ll find 2 outside showers & all-weather entry. Step inside the ground floor & relax in the comfortable game room with pool table wet bar. A bathroom, bedroom & laundry room with a deep sink, line the wall to your right. Up the stairs the 2nd level great room, which opens to a covered porch with porch swings at the front of the house plus a dining area & kitchen at the back. A screened porch with hot tub & a sundeck offering views of the sound through a canopy of trees, are just off the dining area. Beyond the kitchen, a hallway leads to a master bedroom, another bedroom & hall bath. On the 3rd level, turn right into a master bedroom with awesome sound views. A second master bedroom suite across the landing has a walk-in closet, bath with garden tub & private deck designed for sunbathing & late night stargazing. At MILKY WAY the planets are sure to align for a stellar vacation.
