The 1st level has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Two bedrooms have direct access onto the lower deck with soothing hot tub. On the 2nd level the two story oceanfront window wall illuminates the spacious great room with its tiled wood burning fireplace and spectacular view of the ocean. The large dining room and all equipped kitchen open up onto a graciously proportioned screened porch with ocean and sound views. The second story oceanfront master suite opens onto upper deck and features a large private bath and a 2 person Jacuzzi. A large furnished 3rd level loft with bunk and built-in double bed and plenty of ocean views top off JEANNEMER’s Southern mansion living style.
