The ground level has 2 carports, fish station, shower, under house entry and beach access. On level 1, guests will appreciate oceanfront bedrooms 1, 2, & 3 with deck access to soothing oceanside hot tub. Bedroom 4 is close to two hall baths and laundry. Head up to the HIDEAWAY’S welcoming great room with tall ceiling, good views, wet bar, game table, and comfy living area centered around the TV. Let your hungry Hooligans gather in the well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and nearby dining area. An additional Florida den has TV and futon. Oceanfront bedroom 5 shares a semi-pvt hall bath with living area. The secret’s out…HOOLIGAN’S HIDEAWAY is the place to stay!!

Plenty of room to spread out and eat, even if you have a large crowd. | | | The Mathisons, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 08/01/2009 | This beach house is in mint condition! We were one of the first guests to enjoy the remodeling. This owner updated this house to the 9'S, kitchen and bathrooms, all the way down to the bedding! We could see our gang on the beach from the deck. With such a large group we made many trips to the grocery store, lucky it's within walking distance! The pool, tennis courts and even the spa and fitness center are all within walking distance too! We had a mix of young kids and college kids, the house offered plenty of space for each group to have their privacy, that was very important to us.
