Great house to share with family/friends. House is large enough to have privacy and enjoy socializing in common areas. Unlike most rentals the beds were in very good condition and quite comfortable. The quick walk to the beach made it easy to come back to the house for drinks, food, toys, etc.. Game room loft was a perfect getaway for kids to play and have their own space. Pool and hot tub was a good size for kids and adults.
The house was is a great location. It had a great number of bathrooms although some needed some updating. The kitchen was adequately furnished although we didn't do very much cooking outside of heating up some baked beans and cooking some eggs. The furnishings were adequate, but could use some updating. The boardwalk to the beach needs to be repaired or replaced. I would definitely rent the house if I needed one that big again. I liked that we could bring our dog also. You should encourage more home owners to allow dogs.
