DIXIE ARROW is located Oceanside with direct boardwalk access to the beach on quiet Oceanview Dr.. Avon Fishing Pier is located 400 yards North and Club Hatteras is 400 yards West on route 12. 3rd floor has a large great room with ceiling fans, chef’s kitchen with breakfast bar, ½ bath and a master bedroom with King bed and full bath. Sliding doors lead to large deck with ocean view complete with deck furniture and picnic table. 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 master with king bed and full bath, 1 with queen bed, 1 with 2 singles and 1 with 2 bunk beds and room for kids with foosball table, TV with front side A/V jack, sleeper sofa, an additional bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a full bath. A private deck exits the first floor to a private decked pool. Charcoal grill, fish cleaning station area and showers are located in the under house entry. Compliments of DIXIE ARROW are FREE access to Avon Fishing Pier, FREE movies at Village Video, and 12 fitness passes to nearby Spa Koru. Come relax and point your vacation to DIXIE ARROW.
