As you enter the driveway of Cayman Sunset , from the color of the house, the professional landscaping with palm trees and the sand gives you that island feel. This home has an elevator that will take you from the ground level to the top level and every level in between.
Level 1 has a large Rec. Room with pool table, air hockey, game table & chairs, full wet bar & 56" big screen TV (where you can view all your memorable vacation photos). Beyond the Rec. Room walk out the sliding glass doors to relax in the screened in porch, unwind in the hot tub, play a game of shuffleboard, enjoy an evening cocktail at the Tiki Bar or take a dip in the luxurious heated pool all while listening to your favorite music on the upscale outside speakers. The exercise room has a universal gym, a treadmill, and an LCD CTV. From the exercise room enjoy views of the Rec. Room, outside pool area, the sound and beyond.
