All hands on deck for family get-togethers at beautiful CASA DEL SUNSET. Admire expansive views across subdivision lake (good fishing) and Pamlico sound from wide open sundecks. Located in quiet Kinnakeet Shores, CASA DEL SUNSET has carport, underhouse entry and superb lakefront concrete pool and hot tub (hot tub is semi-secluded and sheltered and is disinfected between guests). Paved subdivision roads make for perfect walks and bike rides. The 1st level has lakefront bedroom 1 and game room with pool table and shared access to bath. Level 2 has lakefront master bedroom 2 with full bath. Lakefront bedroom 3 shares a bath with comfortable bedroom 4. A mid-level 1/2 bath leads to great room with elevated cathedral ceilings, large resort furnished living area with entertainment center and gas fireplace. A large kitchen with breakfast bar opens to dining and living areas. The 5th super master bedroom has a lakefront deck and extra large bath. Evenings are sweetest as the setting sun winks a beautiful good-bye to all decks and poolside at CASA DEL SUNSET.

The house is clean and tastfully decorated and well maintained. It is also pet friendly. I say this only because you would probably never know that from the cleaniness of the home. Cooking was not a problem in this large well equiped kitchen. The pool tabel is in a small area but a bit difficult to play.
The hot tub is in a screened deck on the lowere level. It is secluded just above the pool (which we did not use) The house is semi secluded in a cul de sac but very close to goceries and dining. Please give Casa Del Sunset a try I don't think you will be dissapointed. |
