Laundry area houses bait fridge, battery charger, air compressor (floats to tires), bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas. 1st level has cathedral ceiling, surround sound home theater, kitchen w/ breakfast bar, dining area, screened porch, Nordic Trac Cross Trainer, wide S & E facing decks w/ hammock & hot tub. King bedroom has semi-private bath and deck entrance. Downstairs Queen has separate exterior entry. 2nd level kid’s refuge w/ CTV, VCR, DVD, PS2, videos, games, puzzles, & books. Upstairs "select comfort King" has semi-private bath & private deck. Kids’ room w/ pyramid bed & twin is where you'll find the Playstation 2 and porta-crib/ playpen. The loft area, with extra large TV, games, computer and printer (call for ink needs) is a pleasant hideaway. Open floor plan designed to provide a feeling of light & space in a comfortable & relaxed atmosphere w/ all new living room furniture & fully equipped kitchen.
