Canalfront BALLYHOO may just be our best vacation bait. Located along the wide canals of Avon’s Hatteras Colony subdivision, BALLYHOO has a dock for small boats, kayaking and fishing. The ground level has good parking, carport, fish cleaning table and outside shower. On level one, bedrooms one and two are close to hall bath and laundry area. Canalfront bedrooms three and four are masters with deck access and full private baths. Living level two is a great room with tall ceiling, half bath, entertainment center and warm furnishings. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens to the canalfront dining area. Kids will gather and appreciate the furnished game room with TV and VCR. A wide canalfront sundeck catches all water and sunset views. In the Hatteras Island vacation pond, BALLYHOO is a beautiful big fish.
