It was our family’s first time in the Outer Banks and it was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Our children had a fabulous time playing in the pool and searching for shells on the beach. It was a 12 hour drive for us but totally worth it. ‘at last’ is a perfect name for a perfect home.

We had a wonderful vacation here in Avon NC, in your home which we found very spacious and attractive. Coming from a large family only 10 of us were able to gather for this weeks vacation, but just wanted to let you know, you had relatives from the state of Texas ,Florida, Virginia and Pennsylvania all enjoying a relaxing time here in your home. Maybe it was the camaraderie of our family, maybe it was your place, ‘At Last’, maybe it was both, but we all agreed, this was the best vacation ever.

We had a great week enjoying the Outer Banks. Our family gets together every couple of year and spends a week here. My sisters had 3 other houses close by. We had our grown children and five of our grand children ranging in age from 7 months to 11 years old. The weather wasn’t always the greatest it was windy on many days and chased us off the beach. There was plenty to do at the house, though, foosball, puzzles, PS2. We discovered a new restaurant in Buxton-Rusty’s, we thought the food was great!.Thanks for sharing your home.

We enjoyed staying in your home this week. The house amenities, beach and weather was fantastic! Being able to catch world cup soccer and some movies with your ‘family video’ membership was a treat. We also loved playing foosball, having the Jacuzzi, the BBQ grill, the views from the porch. A very convenient house and location. Thanks for a great week.

Thank you for opening your home to us to enjoy. The moment we stepped inside we felt comfortable and relaxed. We appreciated the phone call it really helped to make us feel welcome. This was the perfect way to start the Summer. We traveled far from Chicago area, made a stop in Indianapolis, the Columbus to pick up more vacationers. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see the name of your house perfectly expressed how we felt. We are here ‘At Last’.

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home. We also want to thank you for being one of the few families that allow younger people like ourselves stay at your home. We had an amazing Holiday and hope to return in the future. Even though our drive is 16hrs from Collingwood it is totally worth it.

Thank you for the use of your lovely home. We have an ago range of 55 to 1 ½ years old and every one was comfortable and had a great time. When I was looking on the computer and saw ‘at last’ I knew it was perfect. The sunrises on the beach are well worth getting up for. We also closed the stay with a bonfire at the beach which was great also. The house the weather, the sights and all of our family together, it was a great week.

This was my families’ first trip to the Outer Banks and of course our first stay at ‘At Last’ The weather on the first day was perfection. Your home is perfect and we are very grateful that you allowed us to use it. The first night me, my wife and two sons were here. My oldest two friends arrived. Followed shortly by my little girl from NCSU she brought a friend also. We mostly laid around, had nice meals and walked the nice beach. My favorite spot in your home is the chair in the southeast corner next to the fireplace. I attempted to start the lord of the rings again for the 6th time. The chair was a bit to inducive to sleep.
