The house is near shopping, restaurants, sound front windsurfing launch, and 4X4 access ramps. The first level has a fridge & master bedroom with pyramid bed, private bath with twin sinks & six foot double shower head tub. Level two features three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have ocean views and one has a lake view. The master bedroom has a King bed, full bath, private deck & hot tub, with lounge chair, volcano effect & neck massagers. Bedroom three has a queen bed and bedroom four has 1 double and 1 single bed. These bedrooms share a large connecting bath with twin sinks & separate private shower, tub & toilet.

Go up to bedroom five a X-large sunken master suite with king bed, two person Jacuzzi tub, twin sinks, private shower & toilet & a wall of glass opening onto its own ocean view deck. The very popular sunroom can be used as a sixth bedroom. It has a daybed and TV,DVD & VCR and wonderful water views.

The XL great room with cathedral ceiling, half bath & wet bar has a built in gas fireplace, 50" Plasma TV W/PC & SD card slots, 400 Watt-AMFM CD radio, with DVD & VCR & Foosball. Enjoy the multilevel sun decks with ocean sound & lake views. The super well equipped Jenn Air kitchen with breakfast bar & nearby dining areas can seat up to fifteen. There is plenty of concrete parking in the rear as well as a under house entry carport, lighted fish cleaning table with sink, basketball hoop & two out side showers. End your evenings watching sunsets from the all glass sun/bedroom. You will just love this home.
