On the second level you will find 3 bedrooms with pristine views of the sound, all with king size beds, LCD TVs, and private sliders to the wrap around porch. A laundry/utility nook is just around the corner. Life's a breeze in the extra large 3rd level great room with tall ceiling, gas fireplace, entertainment center with large LCD TV with surround sound and comfy furnishings. The kitchen has all the necessities for preparing morning coffee to be enjoyed on the 3rd floor deck viewing the sound or the evening's seafood dinners served in the main dining area. The hot tub is on the screened porch located on this level. Multiple sun decks for those sunbathing. Bedroom 4 on the next level is a luxurious master, with a king bed, LCD TV and private deck viewing the sound. You can see the sound from every room in the house and if you like sunsets then you will love the 180°View.
