Great new home, super clean, wonderful floor plan layout on every floor. Loved the porches, the look out room, the great room. Love the limited amount of carpeted spaces - we could feel confident in how clean the home truly was. We did ALOT of research and this was the perfect home for dog lovers to be able to have a beautiful new home with all the amenities that allowed dogs ! The private heated pool and proximity to the beach, Atlantic Coast Cafe and Mojo's Cafe were highlights for us. Would highly recommend this home to all our friends and family and we plan to return to this home for our future OBX vacations.

There were 12 in our party, 4 little kids, 2 teenagers and 6 adults. The house satisfied all of our needs. The house is beautiful and really had every item covered. At first we didn't think we needed the elevator, but we quickly realized that it was such a huge help with groceries and getting our luggage to the right floors.

This is the nicest beach house I have stayed in over the years. The house is clean, the decor is beautiful and not over done, and the kitchen is clean and well stocked. The house is represented accurately on the WEB site--the house exceeded our expectations once we arrived. Although this house is remotely located in the Outter Banks, which is exactly what I am looking for, for my vacation, there is plenty to do in the house to keep the kids entertained--pool, jacuzzi, pool table, games, puzzles etc. My kids found our stay very enjoyable and for once, I did not hear how bored they are. Everything you need for a nice family stay. The coolest thing is it is close to the house that was the subject of the movie "Nights in Rodanthe" and I had fun fantasizing about a romance with Richard Gere.
