Located in quiet phase one of Kinnakeet Shores subdivision, 4 CRABS has plenty of concrete parking, carport, outside shower, fish cleaning, under house entry and is close to beach walkway. The 1st level has 4 generous bedrooms and two baths. All bedrooms have access to outside decks and one bath has Jacuzzi (no crabs please). Upstairs, the large great room with half bath and tall ceilings extend from ocean to sound. Never miss a sunrise or sunset from the East, West and South side decks. A huge well equipped soundview kitchen can keep the meals and snacks flowing to the formal dining area or outside screened porch. A comfortable oceanview living area with entertainment center is a perfect place to swap crabbing stories. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids. It has an ocean view that we did not expect. Easy walk to the beach on the neighborhood boardwalk (2 doors down). There are lots of games and puzzles, and wi-fi (even though the connection is temperamental). It's not perfect - I didn't expect it to be since it's not brand new. A favorite spot was the 3rd floor "lookout tower" (named by our 5 year old son). King size beds were good quality and comfortable. Kitchen was a good size for us, although we did not do much cooking. Dining area was nice and big. Loved the openess of the main floor. No beach chairs or umbrella, but really didn't expect them to be there. Would stay there again. |
