The kitchen was well-stocked. Furnishings are well made and solid. Loved the large dining table. Outdoor furniture was great.

This is really a great home! Worth the value! My only gripe is the position on the sound. This property is listed as "Sound front" and it somewhat is. It has a private dock, but in order to get to it you must walk between two other houses. The home itself though is excellent. I've stayed in many vacation home with Hatteras Realty and this one by far was the cleanest, luxurious, and had the most character. It was really nice. It can sleep a lot of people, had many adequate utilities in the kitchen, hot tub was fantastic, Kayaks were in great condition, and not to mention the outside tiki bar which was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in a big group trying to have a lot of fun. This house has what you need and then some!

This house is a good value for a family(families). Lots of seating on the decks and at the table. Nice lawn out back for parties and barbecues. The Tiki decorations are fun for both adults and children. Good house for boaters but not for windsurfers. Wind is blocked by neighboring houses. Depending on the wind direction, windsurfers must swim, pump and walk to get to clean wind and deep enough water. There is a lot of shallow water around the island.
