Beautiful lakefront 12 C's really makes the vacation grade. The ground level has good parking, carport, showers and super private pool with hot tub and Lakefront location for fishing and kayaking. Level 1 opens to poolside furnished recreation room with pool table and wet bar. Bedroom 1 has deck access and semi-private hall bath. Master bedroom 2 is Handicapped friendly & close to elevator. On level two, master bedroom 3 has deck access. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bath, have deck access and are close to laundry nook. Enter the fast lane in style and comfort in the level three great room with tall cathedral ceilings, fireplace, 1/2 bath, upscale entertainment system and extraordinary sound views from perfectly situated decks. The well planned kitchen with breakfast bar is super equipped and will get any chef's culinary creativity flowing. A beautiful dining area opens to sundecking. Bedroom 6 is a master suite with jacuzzi tub and deck access. 12 C's gets straight A's in the vacation classroom.

   | PHILADELPHIA | LAY OUT OF HOUSE DID NOT WORK WELL
-Access to the pool requires you to walk over sharp stones.
-No bathroom near the pool.
-Game room was so small only a few people could be in there.
-It appeared that the house was fairly new. Many of the doors would not shut and latch properly.
-The pool repairmen were out 5 times during our stay.

Private pools are maintained during guests' stay and will be checked upon check in and mid week. | | | Woolf Family, Chardon, OH | Beds that are extremely comfortable and made, wonderful! This is a beautiful house, we especially loved the pool, hot tub and the sunset views! | | | Ames Family & Friends, Mosherville, PA | Beautiful house! Has 3 masters. One on each level. The bottom level master has no deck access, only windows. 2nd floor queen room (next to 2nd floor master) with slider door and deck access was a better option as a "master" (not listed as a master) even though they had to share a bathroom with the connecting queen room. 3rd floor has no emergency escape, only one set of stairs, no outside deck on this level has stairs down. This was bothersome as we had an infant with us in the 3rd floor King master. | | | Peterson Family, Fort Wayne, IN | We had 15 people in this house (4 of them being kids) and the house was perfect for that many families staying together. The owners seem to take really good care of the home. We loved how there seemed to be no one else around when you sat on the back decks, since there were no houses directly next door. | | | morris family,broomall,pa | great place, just too many bugs..
