AOB has a direct ocean access boardwalk and is nearly kid perfect. The entryway has a convenient laundry nook. The well-stocked kitchen with nearby dining area is “chef” approved and ready for crabs or casseroles. A comfortable living/entertainment area with TV/DVD/VCR, video library, stereo and cathedral ceiling is a welcome rest stop during busy beach days. A loft with futon, 2 singles, TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo is the perfect kids only area. A hall bath is convenient to all. Bedroom 1 has K with TV/VCR, CD and deck access. Bedroom 2 has a bunk and is child ready with games, child table/chairs and books. The queen master has private bath, TV/DVD/VCR and CD stereo. AOB has inviting furnished oceanfront sun decks on 2 levels and screened porch with picnic table. Don’t miss AOB’s hot tub room with extra large (12’x15’) and x-bubbly hot tub.
