Beautiful oceanfront SEADUCTION is love at first sight. Located on a quiet cul de sac, the ocean is just a short, easy walk through the sea oats. SEADUCTION has good parking, park grill and an outside shower. On the first level, oceanfront bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two singles – one with TV/DVD/VCR. Oceanfront bedroom 2 has a queen and bedroom 4 has a queen and private entry to hall bath #1. Also on the first level is a laundry nook and hall bath #2. The second level oceanfront great room and dining area have vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and incredible views. The large centrally located kitchen is well equipped and has a small breakfast bar. The living area has comfy furnishings and an entertainment center with flat screen TV and DVD/VCR. The main floor master bedroom, with king bed, has private access to a convenient hall bath. Recent interior upgrades include fragrant juniper wood wainscoting and a rejuvenated kitchen. The SEADUCTION continues on the wide, furnished oceanfront deck with large bubbly hot tub. A third story sun tower is the perfect observation point for watching sunrises, sunsets, and the occasional dolphin passing by, and it is a great place to spend your happiest hours! Sun + Sand + Sea = the perfect formula for SEADUCTION!

   | King family, Bristol,TN | This home was very neat and clean. Info says only 50 ft to beach, but actually more like a 200 ft walk, but easy beach access. Nice long beach to ocean, probably 75 ft of relatively flat sand from dunes to ocean. Several homes at end of the cul-de-sac made the beach a little crowded, but probably that way at most places. Driveway was a little tight and had to park in sand so got sand in car.
