Tremendous property. Breathtaking views and fantastic interiors. Beside being brand new, the owners have toughfully furnished the house to very high standards, probably better equiped than most houses people own.

This is an exceptional property. We would go back again in a heartbeat. From kayaking and windsurfing on the sound behind the house to watching the kiteboarders as they fly past and the wildlife in the marsh, a perfect getaway.

Hands down, this was the best vacation property we have ever rented. The owner seems to have spared no expense in building and furnishing this beautiful brand new home. In addition, the location is absolutely spectacular. We were amazed at how well equipped the kitchen was, to include high-end bakeware, etc. You won't regret renting this property!

This was our first time renting a house for a beach vacation and this property is outstanding. There is nothing that could make a stay nicer than what we experienced at Dolfins Folly. We will be going back and cannot recommend this property enough. The views are outstanding and sunset from the decks is unbelievable.

What a fabulous house! We have vacationed for many years in the Corolla area, but will return to Avon next year just to stay in this home again. Seven days of feeling very spoiled... Mother Nature cheated us on the sunsets but we'll try again in 2010! Awesome rental agency too..
