The house is in very good condition. A Sight to Sea does not have that musty smell that is prevalant in some older beach homes.A Sight to Sea also has an excellent view of the sound and ample deck space to appreciate the views of sunset. Most of the bedrooms also capitalize on the view. The top floor set up is ideal. Kitchen is open onto the family room and dining room and is well stocked with cooking supplies as well as dishes and serving platters.

A very beautiful and well appointed home with a magnificent view on the sound and sunsets. We have vacationed for many years and in many different vacation homes on the OBX, but A Sight to Sea is a true treasure and we will be returning to A Sight to Sea next year. By the way, the blue chairs on the deck are magic. Sit in them. Sip a boat drink. Relax. Gaze across the sound into the evening sunset. Share in this moment with the close friends and family around you. You will feel the magic.

This house was amazing and I would book it again. It was very nice to have three master suites when having three couples. The kayaks were nice and the dock was also very nice to have. We used this more than the actual beach.
