Its 1800 foot private boardwalk winds through a bird and wildlife refuge making it a nature lover’s paradise. At the soundfront, the boardwalk opens to a 400 square foot dock ideal for windsurfing, kayaking, crabbing, sunbathing and fishing. THE OAKS has 2 carports, covered showers, hot tub and pool with sun decks. The first level has underhouse entry, elevator access, state of the art home theater and master bedroom with king-size bed. On level 2, master bedroom 2 has 2 singles. Master 3 with Queen and master 4 with King have deck access. On level 3, masters 5 & 6 with King have deck access. Master 6 is handicapped accessible with roll-in shower & vanity. A large recreation room with pool table, entertainment center, fridge & wet bar overlooks covered decks. Laundry is close by. Crowning THE OAKS is the level 4 great room with 18 foot ceilings & panoramic vistas, fireplace, upscale furnishings & entertainment system. The world class kitchen with granite countertops is perfect for large groups. Stately master 7 with King has an elevated Jacuzzi. THE OAKS offers a one-of-a-kind vacation experience.
