We have vacationed and fished on the Outer Banks since about 1971. This trip had some firsts - first time vacationing on Hatteras (usually up North), first time with a pool, first time with Hatteras Realty, first time with the whole family - kids and their spouses and grandkids. I was a little apprehensive about the size of the group. But...the experience was terrific. Everyone wants to make it an annual event. Hatteras Realty did a great job from beginning to end, even warning us of impending tidal surges resulting from Hurricane Bill. I don't think it could have gone any better. We all had a great time

We really like the home, but would love to see a few things updated such as the furniture. We've stayed there over 17 times over the years so it is not enough to deter us but would absolutely love to see a new dining room table or have it refinished as well as new couches in the living room.
