We thoroughly enjoy Mara Vista's views of both the sunrises and sunsets, its easy access to the beach, the pool, hot tub and the decks.

the seven bedrooms make it possible to accomadate two families. the furnishings are more like a hotel than a beach house. the game room, tiki bar and pool are hits with the young adults. being at the tip of the village makes for a quiet spot.
