This house is very open and spacious! The kitchen was great and it had everything we needed. The elevator came in handy when you needed to take groceries up or your suitcases. You can see wonderful views of the Ocean and Sound side as well as stright down Rt 12 (its pretty neat at night to see the cars coming stright towards you) A down side would be that to walk to the beach you have to clib over 2 large sand dunes but if you have four wheel drive theres an access point a few blocks down the road. Also, why is the kids bedroom all by itself in the basement with the wet bar & pool table? Kinda weird layout but it still worked just fine for my family. Overall my stay was great and the house is big and beautiful!

7 Day Weekend was a great stay. The walk to the beach was not that bad ... although the mosquitos were some days. Pack your OFF. There was a chair cart and some beach chairs onsite that helped us enjoy our beach time even more! We enjoyed the media room on the second level as well as the large living room area. Kitchen was lacking some pots and pans and some utencils, and the bathroom floors could have been cleaned better. The maintenance staff was very friendly and help was easy to get. Booking was a breeze and the staff answered all of our questions! The elevator was extremely helpful to bring up heavy groceries and luggage to the third floor. The guys went down to Hatteras and went on a fishing trip - they caught a bundle of fish and had a great time. We left the captain's magnet on the fridge! We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and would defintely stay again!
