Create a Work/School Schedule
Planning your day will help you and the kids follow some sort of routine outside of school and the office. Following a similar routine to what you did before the pandemic will allow you and the kids some sense of normalcy. Set hours for when work needs to be done and make time for breaks in between.
When you’re ready to take a break, go for a quiet stroll on the beach or take a breather on the balcony overlooking the ocean. After recharging, you’ll be ready to get back to the tasks at hand.
