Hatteras Realty’s inventory of private vacation homes offer a clean, affordable alternative to cruises, resorts, and hotel stays. Our homes range from 2 to 10 bedrooms, providing your group with plenty of space to gather or retreat. Many homes offer private pools, game rooms and theater rooms, allowing you to experience all the thrills of a luxury resort in the privacy of your own home! If a cozy cottage is more your speed, we’ve got those too. Most homes offer keyless check-in, allowing you to go straight to your home without coming to our offices. And every single bathroom in the house contains a roll of toilet paper when you arrive, at no extra charge – talk about southern hospitality!
For over 35 years, we have maintained the highest standard of professional cleaning on the Outer Banks. Our housekeeping staff must pass a rigorous training program annually, which includes detailed instruction on sanitation and safety. Our homes are professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest using CDC and EPA-approved cleaning products. Hatteras Realty’s linens and towels are washed in a professional facility after each guest use, but of course you are welcome to bring your own if you wish! Carpet cleaning and air filter replacement is also done on a regular schedule. We take the cleaning and care of our homes extremely seriously and our guest feedback reflects satisfaction and appreciation.
While the majority of our summer stays are for one week, we do have many homes offering flexible arrival dates that can work with your schedule and budget.
Upon booking, every guest has the opportunity to purchase travel insurance, which will reimburse in the event that you cannot travel to Hatteras Island for various reasons.
