Some things could have been better to help accommodate guests better. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and not even one extra roll was provided. The water hose outside needs to upgraded to a better quality hose. The bike was unusable. Chairs on the screened in porch could use upgrading. Couch definitely needs to be replaced because it was extremely uncomfortable, but considering we weren’t there much, it wasn’t a huge deal. It had two rooms upstairs with a full bath, so the kids stayed upstairs. The downstairs had a room with a king sized bed which was comfortable. The outdoor shower and screened in porch were outstanding. The deck furniture was on its last legs so bringing your own beach chairs or renting them is recommended. The cabinets are cluttered with many versions of plates, silverware and old pots and pans. They were mostly clean but we did not attempt to use them. The walk to the beach was on a public access on Beachcomer Dr and was easy to get to. The only negative worth mentioning is that the couch is so incredibly uncomfortable with ancient, beat up pillows. Everything was as pictured and the space was perfect for our family. One thing to note, even though the walk to the public beach access is in the neighborhood, the walk over the dunes is a struggle. You will need to carry your stuff as the sand is super soft and rolling a cart is practically impossible. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. It was just the two of us so we didn't even use the upstairs which has a nice game room and another deck. Speaking of decks on the main floor there are both open and screened in, nice for bug season. We love this place, this is our 3rd season we`ve rented this property. The owners have thought of everything and make you feel at home, The amenities are great for a couple or small family, everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A Hop and Skip to the beach, beautiful view of ocean from morning to night, and easy acess to beach or fishing pier for the avid fisherman. We had a great time and got plenty of exercise on the built in stairmaster.
