You'll be close to anything and everything you may need, including shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. When you're not on the beach, enjoy the stunning private pool area complete with an outdoor bar and deck. Take advantage of the spacious driveway and carport, great for cars and bikes, and the outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. As you make your way inside and up the stairs to the second level, you'll be greeted by four of the five bedrooms, one of which is a primary bedroom, and a shared bathroom. The bedroom adjacent to the bathroom has an attached deck area that overlooks a beautiful pond just past the pool. You will pass a half bathroom on your way up to the top floor, opening up to the living room. Enjoy the beautiful views from the sofa, big enough for the whole family! Or from the deck just a few steps past the living room. The modern-style kitchen provides ample storage space for snacks and groceries. The dining area just off the kitchen overlooks the beautiful pool and outdoor area and features plenty of seating, as well as extra seating room on the breakfast bar. If you're looking for a new dinner setting, or just need some fresh air, enjoy the gorgeous screened porch just off the living room. Stepping back inside, you'll find the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom. The pool still had sand in it and the bathroom floors were still visibly dirty. Did not receive the packet with trash and other info until asked for it but otherwise they communicated very effectively. There is not a gas grill, it is charcoal. Bedrooms were fine. Need more pillows for beds. There are a ton of mosquitos so definitely bring bug spray. We were all bit up. Close to a small mall with 24/hr grocery store. Short walk to beach, like 10-15 mins. Was a great experience, stayed there with extended family, 10 people plenty of space, pool was great. The home had lots of room for family and friends and the waterfront view of the Sound was nice to enjoy every morning. The fishing was some of the best surf-fishing we have ever experienced...caught our Bluefish limit within an hour! And, the home's fish-cleaning station was made quick work of the cleaning/fileting after the catch. The beach was just a couple minutes drive down the strip and we absolutely loved the walks along the shore! The house was spacious with 5 bedrooms and lots of outdoor decks plus a screened in deck . We enjoyed the pool and pier where we saw turtles. The beds were comfy and the supermarket was literally next door , which was convenient for cooking at “home”. We also had a minor issue and they were quick to respond. Short walk to the beach through a path over the pond and to the front row of houses. The beach was beautiful but no lifeguard. You need to look up which local beaches have them if you prefer a beach with a lifeguard. This house has everything. The decks, each level with a place to rinse sand off, outdoor showers, the pool and outdoor space was private. Inside was huge and comfortable. Books and puzzles for a rainy day. We cooked every day and had everything we needed. The only minor issue was with Vacasa. They were friendly but the listing mentioned water sports gear. Vacasa sent an email recommending Ocean Atlantic for rental and offered $250 credit. When we rented gear and tried to submit for repayment, they denied it. There were plenty of puzzles, games for kids. The roof top deck was our favorite deck at night for the sunsets. We saw a momma deer with her babies, frogs, ducks, and lots of turtles, the wild life was a plus. The pool was a perfect size for cooling off after a long day at the beach. We had a wonderful vacation the only thing we wished for was is a full size grill instead of the small stationary grill outside that you find in a park. It was hard to use for the amount of people we were cooking for and had to buy a cheap grill to use along with it. Other than that, everything else was great. It is well-maintained, has lots of space, a beautiful roof terrace and a spacious pool area (closed during our stay in pre season). Very good and sufficient kitchen equipment available. Strange and very unusual that towels are only provided during main season. Nice neighborhood, only five minutes walk to reach the water in each direction. Grocery store Food Lion very nearby.
