The condos are located within easy walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access minutes down the street. All units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi and direct access to a deck. The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious and comfortable to provide you the necessities while you enjoy your stay in Avon. All units have furnished covered decks for that great afternoon nap. Community amenities include a private pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. Come to the Island for your vacation. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please Note: As a barrier island, Hatteras is constantly changing. You can go 20 minutes to an hour north and get really good food or go south 15 minutes and see the Hatteras light house and go about another 15 minutes and take the ferry to Ocracoke Island. Something to keep in mind is for room 13 you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs so if you have trouble getting up stairs I wouldn't recommend it. - Michael V. Really great location 2 mins away from the beach, close to the pier, Close to many shops. We enjoy the furnished kitchen, the size of the condo, the pool, the outdoor patio, we loved everything. It is at the 3rd floor so you need to take a lot of stairs but we really don't mind.
