The first level of the house has a large game room with a wet bar, a full-size pool table, and a media area with a 60-inch 4K Ultra HDTV, surround sound, and an Xbox One. Also on the first level is a main suite with a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a 46-inch HDTV. From the game room, head out to the private, 36 x 14, in-ground heated pool with double showers and sundecks. Next to the pool area, which is also accessible by stairs from the upper deck levels, is a stainless gas grill for outdoor entertaining. Four bedrooms are located on the second level, with three of them offering individual access to the second-level deck and hot tub. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and a 40-inch HDTV, sharing a bathroom with another bedroom with two twin beds and a 32-inch HDTV. The third bedroom is a queen primary suite with a semi-private full bathroom, which is also accessible from the main hallway. The fourth bedroom on the second level contains two bunk beds, a 40-inch HDTV, and a DVD player. The full-size washer/dryer are also located on the second level. The third level opens into an expansive great room with cathedral ceilings, a half-bath, warm furnishings, a gas fireplace, a game table, and a 55-inch HDTV and DVD player. Also located on this level, within the open-concept design, are a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large dining area. The sixth bedroom - a primary suite with a private full bathroom - has access to the third-level deck and a 32-inch HDTV. From the great room, you can access the third-level deck overlooking the pool area as well as a wrap-around sundeck with views of the ocean and sound. It was spacious, extremely well equipped, and comfortable. The pool area was great and with the trees surrounding it, very private. Shopping was close and convenient. Rooms were great sizes with each room having a dresser or places to put belongings and each room, besides the bunk bed room was connected to a bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes, bring foil/cling wrap for leftovers not much Tupperware. Some of the silverware and dishes needed to be re-washed but that was something we expected since it's the guests responsibility. The house was pretty spacious. Large room with pool table on the first level. We especially loved having a pool in the back. I give 4 stars here since the decks are all made of wood there were a lot of areas where there is wood that is lifted and a lot of nails sticking out. Second floor is bedrooms, there is only 2 bathrooms to share amongst the 4 bedrooms though which makes it a little difficult with a full house. The home was exactly as described. Our group enjoyed the multiple floors. The kids were downstairs playing pool and video games on rainy days while the adults were upstairs enjoying each others company. You could not hear the kids downstairs and they could not hear us. The house has multiple areas to escape to. The pool was great as well as the hot tub. The pool was very private with the surrounding vegetation. Posted on 5/10/2021 ### For families of any size (5/5 stars) The driveway is perfect for everyones car and to be able to park and go easily without having to move cars around. When you enter the house room #1 is right there, the around the corner is the pool table (that came in great fun daily) and the pool is easily accessible out the back door. The next level are more bedrooms/bathrooms and a great laundry facility. The 3rd floor is another bedroom, a great room with kitchen, living space and plenty of seating for large family meals. The pool area was large enough for everyone in the family to enjoy all at once. We did plenty of cooking out on the grill (and ran out of propane, and Hatteras was happy to exchange a new one for us) I would definitely recommend this house for families, and great for little ones too.
