The access to the beach is perfect for young children and older adults!! We loved that the air conditioning cooled the upper floor...many homes the air does not do that! Went to Outer Banks for our yearly family vacation Pelican Paradise was our third home we had to get due to issues with our other choices. But we were not disappointed the photos do not do it justice. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights just enough time the house was very clean the beds were very comfortable there were 9 of us and had plenty of space. So many porches facing the ocean I think we all slept with our windows open just falling asleep to the waves. The hot tub was a plus it was used often.
