Conveniently located near the beach and shopping center. We ended up driving to Frisco Beach, but there is the option to walk across a couple of roads to the beach. The pool was small but we knew that going in and it worked out nicely for us. We had an issue with a ceiling fan on the top floor, but the hosts were very responsive and sent maintenance quickly. The beds were comfortable, smart tvs in every room. The kitchen had all the needed items to cook at home, which was wonderful. Just a short walk to the beach, the grocery store and (most importantly) Duck Donuts! The sound is also a quick bike ride or drive away while still in the neighborhood. While check in was expected to be early evening due to enhanced cleaning, we were informed the property was ready well before the deadline. We also received a voucher for beach rentals which was a huge blessing! The home was well equipped and ready for us. The kitchen in particular (except for a broken waffle maker and espresso machine - so sad!) was fabulously well stocked. As a family of 10, we did a lot of cooking on site and had everything we needed from pots and pans, to casserole dishes - even a crock pot and Rubbermaid containers for left overs. The decks are wonderful for quiet moments and the 2nd floor laundry convenient. We would rent again, hands down. - Paula K.
