Located on a wide bulkheaded canal, Frisco Blue Heron has free access to a subdivision boat ramp. The ground level has good concrete parking, an outside shower, a fish-cleaning table, and plenty of room to park those empty boat trailers. The first living level has three exquisitely decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom suite has a TV and a deck, plus a bath with a double shower. Two bedrooms have access to the outside deck. The large second living level has tall cathedral ceilings, a wet bar and fridge, a half bath, super furnishings, and enough sundecks to please a crowd. Every view is postcard perfect. The huge, well-equipped kitchen will be a hit with cooks and guests with its bar, stove, and small appliances. Frisco Blue Heron has an absolute knockout sound-front dining room. Frisco Blue Heron is a magnificent beach bird. Things to know: You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. Incredible views of sunsets. Kitchen is well-supplied, (however we did buy a new large frying pan for our family as the ones in the house look like the coating is old and coming off. Some of the pans may need replacing.) Fabulous location to use kayaks! (Just a note: The interior polished wooden steps from the bedroom level up to the main floor are extremely slippery and spiral at the top. Thanking God an adult was able to catch our granddaughter as she started slipping down. Our house rule was: Go very slow on the slippery steps and hold on!) Excellent location both on the sound and with a super convenient location between Hatteras and Avon you are close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. House was clean and check in went smooth with constant texts from Vacasa on your check in status. The wrap around deck on upper level plus the decks off the bedrooms were an added pleasure. Beautiful sound sunsets to watch, just a walk to end of the street. It’s a short drive to the ocean and grocery store. Our kids played on the sandy bay beach everyday, and we had great evenings riding towards the sunset on our rented SUP boards.
