The pros really outweighed the consPros: -Communication with host was quick, proactive, responsive - space was clean before arrival (except for a few dishes that were put up with dried food on it)- plenty of balcony space (we had a bigger balcony due to more rooms)- when R 12 was flooded out and those were unable to leave, the host was gracious to allow us to stay if needed an extra day until it reopened- room came with more supplies than I had anticipated - has an elevator- elevator had a whiteboard which had many positive notes from other guests from "hellos" to resturant recommendations- enjoyed the pool and hot tub- had our first fire on the beach Cons-- constructional maintenance could be completed (towel rack was loose from the wall, wall corner nearest the tub was in need of repair, window appeared broken and had painters tape on it, etc.). - bunkbed mattress/pads need replacing- extra blankets in closet on floor - Eric Posted on 7/25/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Place was beautiful. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Great location steps from the beach and the pool. The wrap around balcony was perfect to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning and an adult beverage at night. The pool was well maintained and had plenty of floats and balls for the kids to play with. It’s much different than the hustle and bustle of the Jersey shore.
