Except there are no hangers in the closets and the couch in the living room is sunk in which make it uncomfortable. And the grass was kind of tall . But other than those things it was a great stay . Liked the duel outdoor showers. WiFi was decent, except it was out along with cell service for most of the day on Tuesday (not a house issue, but heard it happens in that area fairly regularly. The furniture was minimal, but ok. The master bedroom bed was about 3.5’ off the ground. Not the easiest to get into. There was a TV in the master bedroom, but it didn’t work very well. The bad: the pictures make it look like there is an enclosed fence. However, the fence was open at both ends, so the dog had to remain leashed. I also killed about a half dozen cockroaches, big suckers. Texted Vacasa and their response was “thanks for letting us know” and no further follow up. Eating a 4 out of 5 because the property itself was great, near a few restaurants (knowing we were not in the traffic areas) and was a quick walk to the beach. It was clean, and had all the things needed to cook at home. It lost a star due to the lack of anything about the cockroaches and the fence not being enclosed. The shower in the master bath was amazing. We loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee and watching the morning traffic go by. The kids loved the fenced in yard. The Rodanthe beach access being a 2 min. drive down the road and how close we were to just about everything made the location prime. The beach access was 300 yards away, but the dunes were difficult to cross. We loved the outside showers and the water hose was great for rinsing the sand toys and shoes.
