Event Catering
Our process differs from traditional caterers. A refundable deposit reserves a requested date, and sets into motion our interactive menu planning process. You’ll work directly with our team to create a menu specific to your event, based on your tastes and budget. Since the menu planning process is budget based, you cannot spend more than you allocate. Our catering services are backed by our guest satisfaction policy with the balance above your deposit payable after your event, when you are fully satisfied. All caterings by Cafe Pamlico include in base costs a complete staff sized for your event, a day of coordinator to assure the smooth execution of your catering plan, all of the fine china, flatware, service linens and service items needed, and unlimited sweet tea, lemonade and ice water.
Personal Chef Services
Hosting a small gathering or party and don’t want to cook? Cafe Pamlico will bring the restaurant experience to you. Treat your guests to a VIP experience and enjoy the stress free experience of hiring a personal chef to cook for you and your guests. We specialize in the utilization of fresh local ingredients, from the waters off of Hatteras Island, local farms and our very own gardens.
Seafood Boils
We come to you. We set up, we cook, you enjoy! Get the experience of a Carolina Seafood Boil in the comfort of your beach home. Our experienced team arrives with all the necessary equipment, food, and trimmings for your event. You enjoy the aromas of fresh local seafood while watching our talented chefs prepare your feast. Want the test out your chef skills and cook the boil yourself? We can prepare boils to be dropped off or picked up. All you need to do is cook it on the stove top!
