The hot tub is on the covered porch located on this level. Multiple levels of furnished sun decks are available for those who love to sunbathe. The fourth bedroom on the next level is a luxurious master, with an LCD TV and a private deck viewing the sound. You can see the sound from every room in the house, and if you like sunsets, you will love 180 Degree View. This home is a kiteboarding paradise and they will appreciate the easy launching area from the private sound-front beach, the 100-foot long grassy rigging area, and the permanent buoy with carabiners located 100 feet from the shore for easy self-landing.
