Bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk, TV and is near hall bath with tub/shower. Bedroom 4 with 1 bunk is near hall laundry nook. The second story great room has a tall cathedral ceiling, skylights, 1/2 bath, and wide furnished canal view sundecks. The comfortable, well-furnished living area, has a large TV, entertainment system, a wet bar with mini-fridge, and sleeper sofa. A well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar can serve seafood and steaks at the water view dining area. Ocean access to a beautiful Avon beach is a brief five minute walk from the house.
