Description

BEACH BUMMIN' (FKA Seawatch) is all eyes to the ocean and sound. Located in the easy-going Oceanside Hatteras Colony in Avon, BEACH BUMMIN' (FKA Seawatch) is a short walk down a quiet lane to a wonderful beach. The ground level has good concrete parking, a fish cleaning table, and an outside shower. The first level has three bedrooms, two baths, and wide decks. One bedroom is a main suite with a king bed and Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen with Roku TV and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a pyramid bunk (double and twin). Bedrooms have new bedding and the interior is freshly painted! The second level includes the great room with tall ceilings, good views, and wide-open sundecks that stands ready to accommodate your most demanding guests. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area for ten. The living room supplies a cozy comfortable space and is equipped for all entertaining chores.

New outdoor furniture, two dog gates added on the deck, and ample room for the whole family to enjoy. Unwind at BEACH BUMMIN' (FKA Seawatch).

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
