Description

THE BIG CHILL, is a perennial favorite five bedroom, three bath, semi-oceanfront custom vacation home. THE BIG CHILL is located at the south end of Kinnakeet Shore’s Ocean View Dr. A beautiful ocean beach is a short walk across the street and parents will have a bit less worry in this low traffic cul-de-sac location.

The ground level has a huge concrete drive with double car ports, outside propane grill, under-house entry, and attractive landscaping. Two outside showers will keep the sand outside and a fish cleaning station is convenient for lucky anglers. All bedrooms are large sized. Semi-master oceanview queen bedroom one has an LCD TV/DVD, slider to deck and has a full bath with tub/shower with additional hall access. Oceanview queen bedroom two has an LCD TV/DVD and slider to the furnished ocean deck. Queen master bedroom three has an LCD TV/DVD, full bath with shower, and access to extra-large screened porch with bubbly hot tub. Bedroom 4 has two bunks and LCD TV/DVD with movie library. A laundry nook is convenient to all bedrooms.

The large top floor great room has tall cathedral ceilings and wraparound sundecks with beautiful ocean views. The extra-large screened porch has a rocking full sized pool table that will provide kids with hours of entertainment. THE BIG CHILL has top of line furnishings and decoration. The living area is pure comfort and has an entertainment center with flat screen, surround sound, and extensive DVD library. There is oceanview dining for ten and additional seating for four at the Corian countered breakfast bar. The super equipped kitchen continues with Corian counters and a large double door fridge. Large semi-master queen bedroom five has an LCD TV and access to full bath with shower. The welcome luggage lift services all floors.
