This single-level oceanside cottage is located just three lots from the oceanfront with easy access to a wide beach in Avon. Cape Escape's ground level has wooden boardwalks to the large hot/cold outside shower and a fish cleaning station. The open living area is perfect for family together time and features juniper walls, ceramic tile floors, and a tall cathedral ceiling with a skylight and ceiling fan. You won't miss out on any of the conveniences of home with a TV area, well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area. An 8x24 screened porch with a hot tub and picnic table opens to two levels of furnished sun decks. A large laundry/storage room completes the warm accommodations. Sun worshipers and stargazers alike will enjoy the second-level deck with slices of ocean views, or you can relax on the lower deck while listening to the waves. This cottage is truly an Escape to the Cape!
