Reward the family and friends with a Hatteras Island vacation at the exciting soundfront house HI FIVE! Located in Frisco’s Surf and Sound Subdivision, HI FIVE! has a spacious yard, concrete parking, one carport, fish station, outside shower, hot tub and park grill.

The excellent water front location is perfect for wind / kite surfing, kayaking, stand up paddling, and just about anything that needs water.One canoe, one kayak and one paddle board are provided. A boardwalk over the wetlands leads to a beautiful sound entry. Fishing, crabbing, swimming, and sound combing provides endless fun on the shallow soundfront. Beach and ocean fun await across the street at Frisco’s south beach. Families love Frisco’s south beach. Enjoy swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, beach combing, fishing or just relaxing.

HI FIVE! lives large. The entry level floor offers nice entry way with ample space to hang towels and keys. This level has one bedroom, named the “Captain’s Quarters”, which offers a queen, LCD/TV/WIFI/ cable, an ensuite full bath with shower. A mid-level landing has a convenient laundry nook. New easy clean laminate floors work throughout the house. On the second level, bedroom 2 named the “Seashell Loft” provides a custom captain’s bed, LCD TV/DVD/WIFI and shares a walk-through full bath shower with soundfront bedroom 3, named the “Sunset Master”. The Sunset Master has a king and LCD TV/DVD/WIFI/Cable with private entry to lower soundfront deck. Bedroom 4, “Sunrise Bunk” has 2 bunks and another LCD TV/DVD/WIFI. Across the hall there is a Full Bath with a tub/shower and tile floors. Lastly King bedroom 5, “Lighthouse Master” also has deck access and an LCD TV/DVD/WIFI/Cable. There is a convenient half bath on the next mid-level landing, to accommodate all the entertaining area on the top level.

The Upstairs great room is an extremely large combo area with vaulted ceilings accented by beautiful wood beams and remote controlled ceiling fans. There is a super inviting front deck with views of the ocean and a picnic table. The well-appointed kitchen has a large island and large dining table for all meals. The living area is grand with lots of comfortable seating for the family. Families can enjoy a game of pool, the endless views of the sound with gorgeous sunsets, and the added additional ambiance from a marble fireplace for those chilly spring and fall nights. This entertaining area also includes a large LED TV/DVD/Cable with surround sound.

The soundfront sundeck has an inviting hot tub and plenty of furniture for summer sunsets, or the rose and pink lights of the dawn mornings. After a HI FIVE! vacation nothing else comes close.
