Description

HOKIE HI is one winning ocean-side cottage. The ocean access is just a short walk down a quiet side street. The ground level has one carport, park grill, private pool, kid's wading pool, tropical bar, and screened porch with hot tub. The 1st level game room has a tile floor, LCD TV, foosball, card table, and has comfy seating. On the 2nd level, bedroom one has two bunks and shares a bath with tub/shower with queen bedroom with TV. There is hall access to east and west exterior decks and a nearby laundry room. Master king bedroom three has a TV and bath with tub/shower. The third level great room has a cathedral ceiling, a strong resort furniture package, and a TV/DVD entertainment center. The all equipped kitchen has a tiled floor, breakfast island, and ocean turned dining area. The furnished east deck has sun and covered areas. Master king bedroom four has an LCD TV and a bath with tub/shower that is shared with living area. When the beach and the Hokies get together you get HOKIE HI. Go HOKIE HI!

THINGS TO KNOW
  • The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
  • You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
