Description

This 4500+ sq ft Frisco home with great ocean views has an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, plenty of lounge area, outdoor speakers, 2 park style grills & basketball hoop. There is an elevator to all floors. The ground level has the laundry area, 2 bedrooms with bath, den with surround sound TV/VCR & rec room with pool table, TV, wet bar, ice maker & 1/2 bath. The 2nd level has 9' ceilings, 4 bedrooms (2 of them masters, one w/ Jacuzzi) w/outside decking to hot tub. There is an additional full bath in the hallway. On the 3rd floor, the great room has cathedral ceilings, 1/2 bath, super furnishings and incredible ocean decking. Enjoy sunsets from the front deck. An extra bonus is the WiFi. Watch the kids play in the waves on the Island best beach from upper decks. Crowd control is easy in the gourmet kitchen with breakfast island and oceanfront dining area. An additional master suite, with vaulted ceiling and private bath, has decking and stunning ocean views. The house includes linens and crib/high chair/baby gate. ISLAND PRINCESS has every vacation option covered.

Private pool will be available for guest use from April 3, 2021 to October 15, 2021.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated from April 10th to October 15th of 2021 for $60/night. Guests must call in after booking to arrange for pool heat. Guests should contact Vacasa with pool heat request one week (7 days) prior to their arrival. Pools typically take 48 hours to reach desired temperature.
