Description

Jane's Friend is the perfect vacation home. Each year it wins over more guests because of its prime dune-top oceanfront location. The ground level has ample concrete parking, a wonderful natural setting of beach grasses and sea oats, a private pool with a cabana, a private walkway to the beach, an outside shower, and fish-cleaning facilities. The first level has four spacious bedrooms, including the main bedroom suite. There are oceanfront decks for two bedrooms, a den with a Playstation, new furniture, and laundry facilities. The upper level includes a great room with cathedral ceilings, warm wood accents, a wine bar, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and formal dining area plus appliances (dishwasher, oven/stove, and microwave), and a main bedroom suite with separate climate control. Postcard ocean and sound views are routine. The private outdoor pool will be available for a refreshing afternoon.

THINGS TO KNOW
  • The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
  • You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
