The first level features a furnished recreation room with pool table, TV, wet bar, second full fridge, full bath & laundry room. Bedroom 5 (kids' suite) has 2 bunks & TV/Blu-Ray DVD.

The second level has two master suites, Bedroom 2 & 3, and Bedroom 4 with private access to bath. A den is centered between the bedrooms with a couch and TV/Blu-Ray DVD, perfect spot to relax and catch up on your shows or a sports game with easy access to the half bath powder room. The brand new 2019 PAMLICO hot tub is located on this level with convenient access from the den and bedrooms 3 and 4 via the deck.

The upper level has Bedroom 1 master suite, fully equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar, large dining area, and a comfortably furnished great room sporting cathedral ceilings, double-sided gas fireplace, TV, radio, and plenty of windows. A semi-isolated quaint spot with an oversized lounge chair is up a few steps more and overlooks the dining area, perfect place to read the newspaper, magazine, favorite novel or catch a quick snooze.

This house is equipped with fresh linens, high speed Wi-Fi internet, DirecTV, and includes membership to Kinnakeet Shore's community pool & sound front area. Pool heat is available at an additional charge.
